also important to remember that when presenting data, you want to capture the interest of
your audience and focus their attention on the issue you are discussing. Using
introductory terms such as "A new study revealed....", or "Recent findings
suggest...." or "Information recently released indicates...." will help you
do this. Once you have captured their attention, help your target audience understand the
information presented to them by "walking them through it“, carefully explaining
new terminology and any complicated issues.
