or to all the members as needed –for example- a guidance for better
discussion of a particular issue…
And as any group of people, some SUBSCRIBERS involve themselves actively on discussions, and many other SUBSCRIBERS only listen to the speakers… In any e-mail discussion list you would find an ADMINISTRATOR, one or more MODERATORS, and many SUBSCRIBERS; some of them engage on discussions and others only read the messages (called "lurkers")…
