Cystic Fibrosis (CF): consistent with history of diarrhea, chronic Upper Respiratory Infection (URI). Hormonal Deficits: hypothyroidism, growth hormone deficiency. Psychological/Relationship Problems: disorganized parenting, rigid parenting Malabsorption: diarrhea, abdominal distention. Renal Insufficiency: history of renal disease, polyuria, oliguria . |
