This picture took considerable time to prepare. The woman is portrayed as not coming from one or other tribal group; her hair is covered (a cultural imperative); she is not looking directly at the baby and her eyes are neutral; the baby is the same baby shown elsewhere; and this version was universally understood and found to be most acceptable by all consumers during the field test. Perhaps best of all is that we received no negative feedback from the administration.
