probabilities, and colors gives you a matrix that is colored coded based on
the combination of impact and probability.
It is important to note that these values are based on the assumption that
you are essentially equally tolerant of risk across the scale. You may
consider a lower level of impact or of probability to be high, or a higher
level of each or either to be low. Fink describes the matrix as being four
equal blocks. In reality, it may be worth asking whether they are. |
