She is the Founder and Chief Executive of DNA International Consultancy and Co-Chair of the Oxford University Conferences on Innovation and Technology Transfer in Global Health. She is an attorney and MBA with 15 years of International Development experience in public health, law and business management. Dianna Derhak is experienced in all facets of international development work including strategic planning, project design and launch, implementation, field operations management, evaluation and monitoring and policy level dialogues. Dr. Al Aqeel is a Senior Consultant Pediatric Metabolist, Geneticist, and Endocrinologist at the Riyadh Armed Forces Hospital and Adjunct Senior Scientist at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (Saudi Arabia). She graduated from Kuwait University, Kuwait with MD in medicine and Surgery and BS in Biochemistry with honors. Dr. Al Aqeel completed her pediatric residency training, obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the UK (1987), and obtained the Fellowship of the Royal College of Physician of London and Edinburgh (1994). She is a member of several prestigious societies and received several awards including the Outstanding Investigation Award from the American Federation of Medical Research (2002) .

He cloned & characterized the family of the phosphoglycerate kinase genes and pseudogenes; identified the phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK) promoter & constructed the PGK Neo Vector. The PGK-Neo Cassette is used around the world for gene therapy, to engineer transgenic and knockout animals. Pharmaceutical labs are engineering mice using The PGK-Neo Cassette to understand the causes of diseases& find cures for genetic, cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, renal, liver and autoimmune diseases, diabetes and cancer. He is the Inventor of ten USA/International Patents

Moneef Rafe’ Zou’bi An international science and technology advisor with experience in a variety of development projects; primarily in the domain of science and technology. After living and working in the UK until 1988, Moneef Zou’bi, a national of Jordan, joined the Royal Corps of Engineers of the Jordan Armed Forces for two years during which he undertook a number of office and field tasks all over Jordan; including undertaking a thorough review of all management and administrative procedures in place at the corps. He then joined the Islamic World Academy of Sciences (IAS)1, Amman, Jordan; embarking on a career in international scientific and technological collaboration involving more that 60 countries. Since 1998, he has been Director General of the IAS.
