After living and working in the UK until 1988, Moneef Zou’bi, a national of Jordan, joined the Royal Corps of Engineers of the Jordan Armed Forces for two years during which he undertook a number of office and field tasks all over Jordan; including undertaking a thorough review of all management and administrative procedures in place at the corps.
