As part of the Library of Alexandria, the Planetarium Science Center (PSC) is an independent, not for profit educational foundation dedicated to increasing the public's awareness, interest and understanding of science and technology.

Among our main activities, an important place is taken by Workshops, in which the animator team of the PSC is involved everyday.
The activities in a workshop provide students with the opportunity to learn science outside their classroom in a unique and enjoyable way. The workshops help in building the main concept of teamwork among students, to share information and experiences, to achieve better results through sharing and dividing the work.

From the numerous Workshops designed from the very beginning, two ideas became to us :

• It is important to keep a trace of the Workshops and of all their pedagogical contents through time and to spare time when we create new ones.
• It becomes a good way of exchange with other institutions carrying on the same kind of activities in the Mediterranean space and all around the World. Exchange of ideas, advise, impressions and even complete Workshops. It is the beginning of a dialog between animators from different countries.
