Travel and Accommodation
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Renaissance Alexandria hotel (
stars) for the conference participants. In order to guarantee your reservation at the special rate of $60 per night for a single occupancy room or $66 for a double, non-Egyptian participants must send arrival and departure dates to Radwa Talaat, at Radwa.Talaat@bibalex.org by September 14. Guests will pay their own hotel bill upon check-in.
Please also send your flight information if you require ground transportation to and from the arrival airport--either Cairo or Alexandria--to Radwa Talaat by September 14. Guests will pay their transportation based on prior notification of fees requested.
