If the “GOLD
STANDARD” is 100% then the aim is for each individual hospital, clinic, doctor, nurse to
reach at least 75% of the best. The cost of moving from 75% to 95% is much greater than the cost of moving from 50% to 75%. I.e. BC is much greater than AB. |
