Workers who do not have strong motivation to work because of health problems do not present themselves for employment (self-selection). They mainly change their work frequently or retired early.it is more difficult to measure since it is a continuously altered by the dynamic movements within and out of the study. They change their job for different reasons including health. The effect will be reduced after 15 years of entry to the industry.
