The Center for Strategic Studies, in collaboration with the Center for Islamic Civilization Studies at the BA- Academic Research Sector and the Mediterranean Youth Forum in Asilah- Morroco, organizes the “Egyptian–Moroccan Cultural Forum” on 28- 30 January, 2026 at Bibliotheca Alexandrina Conference Center, Delegates Hall.
The forum brings together Egyptian and Moroccan youth and experts at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in an academic and intellectual dialogue that explores the role of culture in building bridges between official institutions and civil initiatives, and in recalling shared memory as a gesture for dialogue and cooperation. The forum serves as a platform for dialogue among diplomats, academics, researchers, and intellectuals from both countries, and discusses the following themes:
- Egyptian–Moroccan cultural relations
- Culture and soft diplomacy as a means of communication
- National identity and cultural diversity
- The symbolic power of culture in relations between peoples
- The role of youth in revitalizing cultural engagement.
The forum represents a milestone within a cultural approach that believes culture is not a luxury, but a shared responsibility and a living bridge linking memory and the future.
