The Egyptian Association of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Friends, hosts Dr. Mohamed Youssef, to give a lecture entitled "Our Diet between Health and Balance." Youssef will discuss three main issues related to nutrition:
- Defining healthy nutrition and sources of food pollution.
- Defining balanced nutrition and chosen samples of balanced food
- Factors affecting the choice of healthy and balanced nutrition, namely economic, as well as the domineering food culture in the Media.
