The BA Alexandria and Mediterranean Research Center, in cooperation with the Centre d’études alexandrines (CNRS) and the Maison Méditerranéenne des Sciences de l’Homme (MMSH) is organizing a three day workshop entitled Places as Time Carriers:  Pieces of Memory and Narratives in the Mediterranean from September 1-4 2006 at the BA.
