Events

The meeting will commence with an opening address by Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the BA, and a presentation followed by a book donation ceremony. The International Friends will hold several sessions to discuss methods to support and promote the BA in their countries and to report on their activities during the past year. They will also tour the BA premises and attend presentations by different staff members on BA programs and activities. The meeting’s program will also include a poetry session, puppet shows for children by Mexican BA Friends, lectures, a documentary film by the Greek BA Friends, and an Egyptian crafts festival.
