Alexandria Local Fair 2013 (Intel-BASEF Screening) took  place at the BACC West Exhibition Hall and Multipurpose, from 12 to 14 February 2013. 280 projects registered from Alexandria, Marsa Matrouh and Beheira and competed together in 17 different categories.

The Intel BASEF Judging committee has announced the projects that will participate in Intel-BASEF Finals which will be held from 9-11 March 2013 to select the top three projects who will represent Egypt in the International Intel-ISEF in the USA form 8-13 May 2012.
