Sign Language Translator-SLT
(How we can increase the percentage of the communication between the deaf and the normal)
|
Personal communication skills are vital to a successful life. Millions of people suffer from impaired speaking and listening abilities. A significant majority of these people use hand sign-language to communicate, such as Egyptian sign-language. Words are formed by various hand, finger, thumb, and wrist combination.
Such language is not familiar to many people and it becomes very difficult to communicate with them. If users of Egyptian sign-language had a device that could readily translate from sign-language to written words, the process of communication would become easier. Therefore, it would be very helpful for the deaf to have an Egyptian language interpreter device to translate their finger spelling into readable text.
