The NRL uses the
term "business review meetings" to describe the management review process.
Just as with other quality management functions, the actual name used does
not matter. The NRL has, through trial and error, adopted a frequency of every two months for business review meetings. This frequency is considered sufficient to give momentum to the management process. NRL business review meetings normally involve the Director, the Senior Scientist and the Quality Manager. However, the outcomes of these meetings are then shared with all other staff at weekly team meetings. The details of how management review is conducted should be tailored to the particular needs of the organisation. The quality management system documentation must describe how management review is to be conducted. |
