This cohort included 378 subjects of whom 60.3% were males (sex ratio: 1.5). The age at onset tended to be higher in females than in males (48.8 y. versus 46.5 y. – p = 0.053). The diagnosis was mainly made on the basis of clinical features (57.4%) or trough family testing (30.7%). |
