We hope, for the success of medical practice, even with the rapid changes in technology and the medical field, that practitioners involved with the Medical Internet will continue to behave ethically.

This paper will

- Review the many of the ethical challenges raised by the Internet for the medical community,

- Explore the role that medicine and health play in the growing area of Internet communication and commerce,

- Postulate some possible solutions for addressing these new challenges.
