behavioral contributions. In terms of genetics, it’s not just single genes but cassettes
of genes that have been demonstrated now in groups of women who have had preeclampsia.
Women who have had preeclampsia have decreased endothelial relaxation. Insulin resistance
has been demonstrated for a long time, infection is an interesting possibility. There are
probably a lot of different things that depend on the particular woman and put her at risk
of being not able to tolerate reduced perfusion. |
