The Calligraphy Center organizes courses for teaching Hieroglyphic:
The level one: from 21 February to 4 April; Sunday and Monday, 4 – 6 pm. (introduction of ancient Egyptian language, pronouns, nouns, adjectives, dating formula, offering formula).
The level two: from 10 March to 22 April, Wednesday and Thursday, 2 – 4 pm. (the past, negation, adjectives used as nouns, participles and epithets, participles as nouns, relative form, the future, Abydos formula).
The level three: from 4 March to 19 April, Wednesday and Thursday, 2 – 4 pm. (verbal sentence, nonverbal sentence, relative clause, noun clause, adverbial clause, old perfective, imperative, participles, prospective, conjugation, fractions, corn-measures, long hieroglyphic texts).
• The fees: 150 pounds, as for the members of the association of BA friends and staff of BA is 100 pounds.
• Training: Courses include field visits for training and practical practice (The Museum of BA, The Alexandria National Museum).
