The workshop aims at highlighting the history of Quran manuscripts; studying the characteristics of its oriental and occidental codices; discussing related issues and challenges; and creating a wide network of specialized Quranic calligraphers. The participants are all specialists in Quranic manuscripts, Quranic typography and calligraphy, and critical editing.
