The Calligraphy Center in Bibliotheca Alexandrina announces a competition entitled “Competition in Love of Egypt …. The Revolution in the Eyes of the Arabic Calligraphy” for youth from 12-18 years old, its main idea is about designing artistic calligraphic plates for the most common words, poetries, and proverbs which were spread during the Revolution of the 25th January 2011 in love of Egypt. The design of the plates must include:
 Posters
 Frescos’ design      
 Ideas for memorial coins
 Free designs matching with the general concept for the plates of Arabic Calligraphy
 The registration will start on 3rd April 2011 via the e-mail  of the Calligraphy Center calligraphy.center@bibalex.org, or by registering in the Calligraphy Center office at El-Shalalat.
 The Competition will be held at the Conference Center on the 13th-14th of April 2011, the result will be announced in a celebration on Monday 18th April 2011in the Lecture hall- Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
