We revealed significant increase in IDDM incidence during 1980-1999 years study period for boys (r = 0,722), for girls (r = 0,865) and for both sex groups together (r = 0,867). We have estimated the incidence at 1980-1989 years compare to 1990-1999 study period (two 10-years study periods) and have revealed, that IDDM incidence among boys significantly has increased from 4,6+0,26 cases per 100000 boys(CI 4.1-5.1) to 6,99 +0,7 (CI 5,55-8,4). Incidence of IDDM among girl also has increased from 4,28+0,5 cases per 100000 girls at 1980-1989 study period (CI 3,4 - 5,18) to 7,39+0,4 (CI 6,58-8,2) at 1990-1999 study period. For both sexes the incidence has increased from 4,44+0,3 (CI 3,9 - 5,0) to 7,18+0,5 (CI 6,17 - 8,19).
