Management review
cannot be delegated - it must involve the top level of management, as those
present must be authorised to make decisions for change. The Quality Manager clearly needs to be involved. A laboratory may choose to conduct management review with a small group of senior staff, or to involve a larger group - perhaps the whole staff of a small laboratory. |
