As in other areas
of quality management, the process of management review is designed to help
an organisation, and not to be a burden. If the process is experienced as not being helpful, this is an indication that management review could be carried out in a better way. Where possible, management review should not be introduced as an extra activity, unrelated to the other management functions of the laboratory. If regular meetings of senior management are already in place at the time when management review is introduced, then it may be best to modify these meetings so they include management review in compliance with the standards. |
