Manar graduated from Bethlehem University – Palestine from the Faculty of Business Administration (Management) and pursuing her Masters Degree from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies of the League of Arab States, Economics Department. Since 7 years, Manar is working in the field of youth development, she has worked as a Youth Projects Coordinator at Youth Development Department, and she was the Program Manager for the Faisal Husseini Youth Award – The International Award. She has participated in different international youth trainings and exchange programs organized by the Council of Europe and YAP (Youth Action for Peace), as well as many activities organized by the League of Arab States. She spent three months as an intern at the league of Arab States and was part of the organization team of the Euro–Arab youth conference organized by the League of Arab States which took place in Tunisia and Sicily, July 2010. In the meantime Manar is working as the Youth Program Officer at the African Community Society – Jerusalem.
