Nagham holds a bachelor degree with honor in community health management /school of family sciences at Ahfad University for Women. She received trainings and is a trainer in different fields such as youth and adolescents' sexual and reproductive health, Gender, Peer Education, using Theatre as medium for community development and youth development issues. She joined some regional trainings that are conducted by youth Peer Education Network (Y-PEER) with focus on RH and HIV/AIDS. Then she joined the global youth coalition on HIV/AIDS as a National Focal Point. In 2008 she was one of Y-peer Core team, participated in establishing Y-peer Sudan and joined UNFPA Sudan County Office as an intern for 10 months, then fellow and Focal point in charge where she is coordinated and managed the network for 16 months. Now, she is an Executive Director for Gesr Centre for Development.
