The objectiives of this study in Mozambique were: (1) to test and improve the first version of the methodological framework and toolbox for planning community-driven development; and (2) to assess the current situation of community-driven development in Mozambique as a contribution to the National Development Plan for Community-Driven Development, Rural Development, and PARPA II (National Action Plan for the Reduction of Absolute Poverty).
