With the help of the Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV), the ministry has set up a National Domestic Biogas Programme (NDBP) with clear objectives of developing a commercially viable and market oriented Rwandan biogas sector. This report discusses the biogas sector in Rwanda and the role SNV plays in developing Rwandan (microfinance) biogas product.
