Abstract:
Exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) is a key public health intervention that increases the survival of infants and young children and promotes their healthy growth and development. In Ghana, the rate of EBF is rapidly decreasing and may not be able to reach the global target if no action is taken immediately. Exploring the enablers and barriers to EBF is crucial.
