Abstract:
Access to mental health care is a right for all. In conflict-affected areas such as Iraq and Syria, the need for mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) interventions remains high. To ensure the successful implementation of these interventions, it is crucial to understand the contextual factors that determine their effectiveness, accessibility, and sustainability. The objective of this thesis is to identify and analyse these determinants and structure them within an adapted implementation science framework.
