Abstract: Behavioral interventions are required to improve adoption and diffusion of biomedical innovations, protocol adherence, and sustained prevention of STDs/HIV. The paper reviews if ICTs like Internet and mobile phone can deliver behavioral components for prevention and care to more people at less cost.
