Abstract:
Sierra Leone is one of the countries with the highest maternal mortality ratios. Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) are the second most frequent cause of maternal mortality. Most maternal mortality caused by HDP is preventable if treatment is initiated early. The aim of the current study is to assess the quality of antenatal care (ANC) for HDP in Southern Sierra Leone.
