Abstract:
Community Health Workers (CHWs) or named Kader Posyandu in Indonesia play a role in efforts to prevent mother-to-child of HIV transmission during Ante-Natal Care visits (Asmauryanah, et al., 2014). CHWs are faced several issues which requires special attention for better policies, rules, and regulations. Their voluntarily efforts and activities should be more appreciated than their mandatory tasks.
