Abstract:
Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) the most common form of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is primarily managed through life style modification and/or oral hypoglycemic agents (OHA) and insulin. Patients are expected to adhere to treatment to prevent complications resulting to premature morbidity and mortality. Therefore, identifying the contributing factors that influence medication adherence (MA) in T2DM is important.
