Abstract:
Liberia’s health system has several challenges in meeting the growing demand of the population to control diseases, and HIV remains a significant public health concern. Despite the reverse trends in new HIV infections and deaths, women of reproductive age (15-49 years) endure an immense burden, putting children at risk of HIV through vertical transmission.
