Mohamed Khamis is the Deputy Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Art Exhibitions and Collections Department. Beside being an interior designer specialized in the art museums and exhibitions field, he is also a comics and character design illustrator. He received his Bachelor’s degree in 2000 from Faculty of Fine Arts, Alexandria University. In the same year, he started his career as an interior designer. Then, in 2002, Khamis joined the Bibliotheca Alexandrina work team. Along with his core responsibilities, he joined SCIplanet team in 2013, where he has employed his experience and professional artistic capacities by illustrating various subjects such as human lifestyles, behaviors, and many other topics related to science.
