The Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) through its International Communication Section affiliated to the BA Library Sector in collaboration with the North-West University in South Africa and University of Pretoria and in partnership with the Association of African Universities and the African Library and Information Association and Institution (AfLIA), will be hosting and organizing the 3rd edition of the International Conference on Information Literacy (ICIL-Africa).
From South-Africa to North Africa,ICIL-Africa's 3rd edition will take place for the first time in Egypt, from October 14 to 17, 2024 in Alexandria, on the premises of Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA). Nearby the Mediterranean Sea, BA is considered a great Egyptian Library with international dimensions. The new Library of Alexandria, the new Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA), is dedicated to recapturing the spirit of openness and scholarship of the original Bibliotheca Alexandrina. Special Networking Events
