Abstract:
This literature review was able to recognise how PHE can be detrimental to FP access in LMIC and offers support and recommendations that can be used and adapted to improve the preparedness of health systems in the future. However, there is a need for a stronger body of evidence to provide support for the effectiveness, appropriateness, and safety of the interventions in LMIC.
