Abstract:
Globally, proportion of deaths from malaria is highest in Nigeria and inequity in access to prompt Artemisinin-Combination based Therapies (ACTs) is one cause. Limited research measuring differences in prompt effective antimalarial treatment among subgroups of under-five children in Nigeria exist. Identifying those who are left behind is an important first step to closing the inequality gap in malaria treatment with ACTs
