Samir Rihani
Biography:
He lived in Liverpool for several decades. He attended the University of Liverpool where he obtained his degrees in engineering and, later, his doctorate in economic and human development.
Samir worked in both the public and private sectors, mainly in Liverpool and primarily in fields related to the management and provision of public services.
He is a research fellow at the University of Liverpool. Samir served as a non-executive director at the Liverpool Women's Hospital from 1994 to 2001 and at the South Liverpool PCT up to September 2006.
