Biography:

• Ezzat abdelhamid as Climate Change, Energy & Environment Expert has an extensive experience in project evaluation and management. He participated, evaluated and headed several environmental projects.
• He has worked extensively in projects addressing the Energy Sector including Energy Efficiency and its relation with Environment.
• He has accumulated a wide experience in National Energy Use Patterns and Forecasts including measures to respond to climate changes, mitigation of Greenhouse Gases and related capacity building needs of the private sectors. During his involvement in climate change related activities, he has been at the hub of a network of concerned individuals and institutions. He coordinated the efforts to put together Egypt's action plan in response to climate change and global warming.
• He participated in the preparation of the National Energy Efficiency Strategy.
