Highest qualification curriculum: PhD in Public Law, Alexandria University, with Paris II University, 1992.
Career and experience:
*Vice-President of the Supreme Constitutional Court.
*Working in Public Prosecution, then gradually taking positions in judiciary jobs until a rank of Vice-President of the Court of Cassation/Commercial Section.
*Working in the Legislation Department, Ministry of Justice, 1992�2006; and rank from member to justice then to department representative, in addition to work in the Court of Cassation (Commercial Section) then Assistant Minister of Justice for Parliament.
*Member of Egypt's delegation to the Egyptian�European partnership negotiations.
*Member of Egypt's delegation to the negotiations of Neighborhood Policy with the European Union.
*Member of Egypt�s delegation to review the trade policy in the World Trade Organization (WTO).
*Member of the National Council for Women, and its Chairman of the Legislative Committee.
*Member of the National Commission to update economic legislation by the Cabinet.
*Member of the Egyptian International Consumer Affairs (EOS_ COPOLCO).
*Member of the National Specialized Councils (Division of Justice and Legislation).
*Representative of the Ministry of Justice in the IX Conference of Crime Prevention in Cairo, and the X in Vienna.
*Representative of the Ministry of Justice in the diplomatic conferences in the World Intellectual Property Organization.
*General decision maker in intellectual property law, competition law, and monopoly prevention and consumer protection law, Ministry of Justice, as well as the partnership with the Ministry of Trade and Industry and other Ministries concerned with the preparation of the implementing regulations of these laws.
