Biography:

Elsadig Ahmed Elfaki, graduated from the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, University of Gezira in 1996. He joined the faculty immediately after graduation as Teaching Assistant in 1996. In 1997, he got a scholarship to do my MSc in Water Management from Irrigation and Water Management Institute (WMII), University of Gezira, and got the degree in 1999. After that, he taught in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and conducted researches in the field of irrigation and water management. In 2004, he got a scholarship from the French embassy in Khartoum to start his PhD in a sandwich program between Centre de Coop�ration Internationale en Recherche Agronomique pour le D�veloppement (CIRAD), Montpellier, France and University of Gezira. He finished this program and obtained his PhD in 2010. He participated in many international conferences and workshops and presented papers and posters.
