Dr. Ibrahim has over 27 years of academic and professional experience in the fields of Information Systems (IS) and Operations Management (OM). He has developed and taught graduate, undergraduate, and Executive MBA levels courses in Project Management, Systems Analysis and Design, Global Operations Strategy, and Quantitative Business Analysis. Dr. Ibrahim received four teaching awards, and was nominated for the “Outstanding Scholar of the Year” award in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Dr. Ibrahim has authored many publications including a Harvard Business School (HBS) case on Global Operations Strategy with Dr. Robert Hayes, Dean of HBS, which was taught as part of Harvard MBA’s curriculum. He has worked for, and consulted with a number of industry leaders including McDonnell Douglas, Phillips Electronics, the National Academies, Hughes Network Systems, and Time Warner.
