Biography:

Mohammed El Said is a legal consultant and Associate Professor in International Trade and Intellectual property Law at the Lancashire Law School, University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN), the UK. El Said is a qualified solicitor under the Jordanian Bar Association. He works as an executive legal consultant with leading media organizations in the Middle East and for other international organizations including the UNDP, WIPO, and WHO in the field of IP policy, development, public health and access to medicines. El Said has several books and publications in the area of intellectual property protection on the Arab World and TRIPS-Plus rules.
