Facing the Hepatitis C Epidemic in Egypt
The Center for Special Studies and Programs (CSSP) and TWAS-ARO organized a lecture on Hepatitis C, on Wednesday, 24 December 2014; 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Conference Center, Small Theater.

The Lecture was presented by Prof. Hassan Azzazy, Professor of Chemistry at the American University in Cairo; Director of the Graduate Chemistry Program; and recipient of the National Excellence Prize in Advanced Technological Science; awarded by Academy of Scientific Research and Technology.

The Lecture shed the light on Hepatitis C, its novel diagnostics and innovations, the research efforts that combine nanotechnology and biotechnology concepts and tools to develop innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for Hepatitis C.
