This program will also strengthen the capacity building of church pastors, priests, imams and other FBO elders in the type of sermons delivered in these organizations. The program aims to improve the quality of sermons given by the FBOs vis-à-vis HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and mitigation and other STIs to FBO members, children, young people and their families as well as policy formulation and implementation, service delivery ,education and training which are priority areas of the poverty alleviation program of the government of Cameroon.

The negative effects of HIV/AIDS on the social, cultural and economic environment in these localities shall be analyzed and recommendations shall be integrated into the poverty alleviation programs.
