Project proposals submitted by GRSP are deliberated upon by the general assembly of the group. Good proposals are then developed. The president is the overall executive of all projects. The management of a project is carried out by the principal investigator who is bound to submit ular report (every 3 months) to the executive bureau of GRSP. The project money is kept in the GRSP account and is withdrawn upon request by the principal investigator.

Monthly meetings are held by the executive bureau and the principal investigator to discuss all issues on the progress of the project.
